A felt Uterus puppet and I struggle to get a diagnosis and effective treatment of Endometriosis in this episodic dark comedy.
As a career, Uterus has seen hundreds of menstruating people through puberty. To my great misfortune, they are trying to be more invested in the process this last time around. After me, Uterus is retiring. Their dream is to drive off in a hot pink convertible Caddy and chain smoke cigars to their heart’s content.
But first, Uterus has got one final young life to mess with.
11 year old Molly (played by 25 year old Molly) gets her first period while performing as a Mouse in the Nutcracker Ballet. Backstage she is introduced to her Uterus (voiced by Ethan Santo), who smokes a cigar and aggressively advises the flabbergasted Mouse.
