A German-inspired BierHaus has to have an Oktoberfest celebration! During the month of October 2022 I organized a marketing campaign for Rivermont BierHaus that included live music, trivia, events and a month long punch card raffle to win a custom growler and discounted refills for an entire year.
Participants were encouraged to try every kind of beer on tap, two appetizers and to attend both live music and trivia during Oktoberfest. Special events I organized included the popular “Buy a Flight, Get a Stein” raffle during the first Open Mic Night of the month, cult classic horror Thursdays and a Murder Mystery Dinner at the end of the month where the winner of the Oktoberfest Punch Card was announced. This campaign brought in over 20 completed punch cards totaling over $2,000 of additional spending, as well as new foot traffic and additional sales of custom growlers and refills the rest of the year.
